Coaching must be differentiated from therapeutic and counseling disciplines since clients of coaching are considered healthy. Anita is a trained and board certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP and not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, MFT, LPC or MSW. The purpose of Anita’s coaching is to help clients to move forward in whatever way they want to move, not to ‘cure’ them.
Anita also uses hypnosis successfully after all emotional baggage released to facilitate the ease of change on the unconscious level. Since all learning and un-learning is unconscious, Anita also teaches her clients to communicate clearly with their unconscious mind. It is a fun process with a lot of laughter.
